For PC users:
Right-click with your mouse over the image and choose "Save image as..." or the equivalent. Save the image in your My Pictures folder or in C:\Windows\Web\Wallpapers to see it as a choice in your Display options for Desktop.
For Mac users:
To install on a Mac running OSX, place the wallpaper in your Pictures Folder in your home directory. One way to download the wallpaper is to Ctrl + Click (or Right Click) on the picture and select "Save Link As" (Firefox) or "Save Linked File As" (Safari).
Then, from your Mac desktop, either Ctrl + Click or Right Click and select "Change Desktop Background". Choose the downloaded wallpaper. You can also go into System Preferences to select your desktop background.
