About Me
I'm an IT Desktop Specialist by day. I've been a PC and Mac technician for almost ten years. Digital art is a perfect way for me to combine my love of nature with my love of computers.
When I'm not on a computer, I live a pretty regular life enjoying sports, video games, books, and good times with friends.
Computer and Software
As of April 2011, my main rig is a custom built Core i7 920 rig with Windows Vista 64-bit, 12GBs of RAM, and a ATI Radeon 1GB 4890 overclocked. The specs are great for gaming, which I do a fair amount of, but it's a bit lacking for rendering. I hope to upgrade the video card later this year.
I'm using Vue 9 Espirit and Apophysis 2.09 for most of my work. I use GIMP 2.6 and Photoscape for post-work and certain effects.
